Firstly, if you are selling, you will require a valuation so that we can discuss and establish the correct marketing price.

Douglas Pryce can offer you a free, no obligation accurate market appraisal of the current value of your home. Our experienced property valuers will provide you with a valuation based not only on their in depth knowledge of the London and Greater London area, but also utilising our extensive database of recently sold properties in your area (and even sometimes on your very road).

After the valuation we would then provide you with some detailed feedback and guidance on the pricing as well as the next steps so please call us now to get the ball rolling!

Our Rates

At Douglas Pryce, we offer preferential rates in order for sole agency marketing of your property. This is because it allows us to invest more in to the marketing of your property and subsequently any sole agency property instructed with us will benefit from professional photography, floor plans and a 3D virtual tour. With that being said, we are unable to include this as standard with our joint and multi-agency instructions. Subsequently we charge the following;

2%+VAT for sole agency marketing – we would generally ask for a 12 week commitment with us and at the end of this sole agency period you are subsequently free to seek the help of another agency and we will HOLD the fee at the exclusive rate from sole agency.

3%+VAT for multi-agency marketing – if your preference is to use multiple agents then we are able to cater for that too, however the fees are slightly more.
